PICK

Pick a picture of your pet that best shows their face. This means the eyes should be open, the mouth closed, and the head turned towards the camera. Preferably, the background is plain.

Accepted formats are: JPEG, GIF, and PDF. You can send the pictures here (max. size allowed is 10)

Optional: Send 2 or 3 additional images at different angles. This is mostly needed when no portrait image is available.

DESCRIBE

Describe your vision you want us to bring to life.

If you are not sure what you want, then simply provide the following information, and we will take care of the rest:

Pet's name
Pet Owner's name
Pet Owner's favorite activity
Pet's special quirks or talents, if any
Pet Owner's style (minimalist, eccentric, etc.)

DECIDE

Is it going to be a t-shirt? A mug? A bathroom mat? What size? What colour?

Please, be as specific as possible. We are able to put our paws on a kazillion of product blanks. The only potential issue is the availability of the suppliers. If you have your own garment you would like us to decorate, please look into sending it to us.

Some items are available in our warehouse. Some have to be ordered from elsewhere, which can delay the order's completion.

PAY

We will contact you within 3 hours of your submission to let you know if your order was accepted.

There are a few key requirements that must be met before we proceed with your order: image quality, the ability to fulfill specific orders, and timely payment.

We require full payment in advance and will not begin work on your order until payment is received. We accept major credit cards, e-transfers, and local cash transactions.

Terms of Service: All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Terms may vary depending on the availability of the materials and supplies. Prices may change with an advanced notice sent via the newsletter.

We try to avoid political discussion and evaluation of political events. Therefore, we leave it to you to decide whether you would like to avoid import fees. We are open for international business with the US. Whatever the politicians on both sides of the border choose to screw up tomorrow wouldn't change our minds.
