Nine's Catudio™ and any of its affiliates, directors, partners, or owners are NOT responsible for any delays or any other errors in shipping caused by the delays in supply by the third party, postal services, courier services or other factors outside of Nine's Catudio™, and any of its affiliates, directors, partners—owners control and responsibility. The same applies to the incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers or anyone acting on the customer's behalf. If the customer is responsible for entering an incorrect address and completing the order with that address, they must pay the re-shipment fee for the item/items to be shipped to the correct destination.
